Truman Medical Center's, despite the name change, is the worst hospital on earth.

When you've had bypass surgery and you're in your 70"s then your heart doctor says you should live another 6-8 years,baring anything else. Depression yes. I'm just trying to remove stress from my life now. My doctor says, that alone will increase your life expectancy over his projection.

My story: (I am a mono mono twin) so basically my mom got pregnant with me and my sister (surprise pregnancy) and you know they found out that we were twins so my mom was scared yet excited. She kept getting ultrasounds and it seemed to be fine. Then right before she was gonna give birth (or a couple of days earlier idk) they found out we were mono mono twins and the doctors were very surprised they never caught that but they told my mom and dad that we were lucky we survived bc women with mono mono twins need to be monitored very closely during pregnancy. Anyways another risk was that my sister moved a lot in the womb and the doctors said that if I moved like that we would have died bc of the chord tangling. Anyways, we are doing well today!

I learned a a while ago that the stomach produces part of the feel good hormone, so I added a daily line in my food diary for things I’m grateful for.

She's very articulate and clearly understood. Thank you but I'm adding one more thing. Heart attacks are spiritual attacks too and can be classified as a demonic attack on your soul. A curse, a spell or simply that your blessed nature annoys them cause you have faith in what the most high creator created 🙏❤ keep God in your life.

I've not heard a talk like this in quality communication ever. Perth WA 43 years ago was my first discomfort pain Nothing done then Now I'm in af and cardio disease So many times in hospital Im starting to think they've been lazy, negligent, racist, or just want me dead. God help us all, especially our friends the animal kingdom they suffer evil acts on those innocent souls. Lord have mercy on us all sinners.

I am expecting twins as well, they are boys! I just had a called from my OB that my kids are mono mono twins. And I can’t help but be nervous about it! All I want is for both my babies to be healthy and well and for me to be able to enjoy them!
